No gas-fired data centre at Wapseys Wood

How to be heard in a national decision
This will be decided by ministers through the national planning system. The developer has to consult before applying, and once an application is accepted you can register to take part in the examination.

- Good planning grounds include: impact on the Green Belt or countryside, energy use and carbon, water supply, noise, traffic, wildlife and heritage. Developers' promises are not guarantees: ask for them to be made binding.
Developer's online feedback form, email info@sdcM40campus.co.uk, or post to Freepost SDCM40 CAMPUS, by 23:59 on 27 October 2026. Once an application is accepted, people can register as interested parties with the Planning Inspectorate (date not yet set).
