How to be heard in a national decision
This will be decided by ministers through the national planning system. The developer has to consult before applying, and once an application is accepted you can register to take part in the examination.

- Good planning grounds include: impact on the Green Belt or countryside, energy use and carbon, water supply, noise, traffic, wildlife and heritage. Developers' promises are not guarantees: ask for them to be made binding.
Respond to the developer's statutory consultation once dates are published on questpark.co.uk (none published as at the site's June 2026 notice); if an application is accepted, register as an interested party with the Planning Inspectorate.
