To Epping Forest District Council and Google: Don't finalise Google's North Weald permission until the energy plan is specific and legally binding: how much power, from where, and what it means for local bills and the climate.
Why local people are worried
It's approved. Here's what you can still do
The headline decision has been made, but conditions, legal agreements and detailed designs still need approval. Each is a chance to be heard.

- Good planning grounds include: impact on the Green Belt or countryside, energy use and carbon, water supply, noise, traffic, wildlife and heritage. Developers' promises are not guarantees: ask for them to be made binding.
Reserved matters applications will be consulted on by Epping Forest District Council. The condition changes and s106 are being finalised by officers, with no public committee vote identified.
